Pembehi, Midin Karası üzümlerinden saigné-sizma yöntemi kullanılarak üretilen Pembehi, kelime olarak Türkçe, Kürtçe ve Süryanice'de rozeyi ifade eder. Etiketin üzerindeki tasarım Anadolu kadınını simgeler. Bu kadim coğrafyanın güçlü kadınlarının sağlam karakterini, dikenli çorak topraklarda gelip geçen mevsimler boyunca dimdik ayakta kalışını anlatır. Doğal mayalarla fermente olmuş üzümlerden elde edilmiştir.
Pembehi, produced by using the saigné-sizma method from Midin Karası grapes, means rosé in Turkish, Kurdish and Syriac as a word. The design on the label symbolizes the Anatolian woman. It tells about the strong character of the strong women of this ancient geography, their standing upright through the passing seasons in the thorny barren lands. It is obtained from grapes fermented with natural yeasts.
